Bladder Healing Herbal Tea is made with 8 wild & organic herbs known to support urinary and bladder health, help prevent UTIs (urinary tract infections), and assist in the healing process after a UTI. This tea is made with a blend of 

1. Horsetail is used for “fluid retention” (edema), kidney and bladder stones, urinary tract infections, the inability to control urination (incontinence), and general disturbances of the kidney and bladder.

2. Goldenrod contains many valuable plant compounds, including saponins, which have antifungal effects and flavonoids, which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory functions. This means that goldenrod may support or increase the effectiveness of medicines like antibiotics for urinary tract infections (UTIs). 

3. Birch leaves contain chemicals which increase water loss through the urine. The leaves also contain vitamin C and flavonoids, as well as cleansing properties. It kills harmful bacteria in the kidneys and urinary tract, lowers blood cholesterol, and stimulates bile flow. People have used it with success for urinary infections. 

4. Juniper contains chemicals that might decrease swelling. It may also help fight bacteria and viruses. Is  a famous herbal remedy for kidney and bladder health. It’s a diuretic that helps the body detox and heal kidney stones and all kinds of urinary tract infections. Juniper may relieve UTI symptoms by increasing urinary volume and helping to flush bacteria out of the urinary tract. 

5. Mint contains plant compounds with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. These features are thought to help reduce inflammation, inhibit bacterial growth, and flush the urinary tract of infectious bacteria. 

6. Balsamic Fir tree contains elements and essential oils that have antiseptic properties and can reduce inflammation in the body.

7. Bearberry leaves (Kinnikinnick) contain the compound arbutin, which helps reduce inflammation and bacterial growth in the urinary tract.

8. Wintergreens (Pyrola) has effects that might reduce pain, swelling and fever. 

Preparation

First 3 days.
To make the tea, add 2 tablespoons of the blend to 300 ml of boiling water; cover to keep nutrients from escaping in the steam. Soak for 30 minutes, then strain. To receive more health benefits, brew the tea in a thermos for 3 hours or overnight.  

Serving: 60 ml before meals, 5 times a day, 

Next 4 days.
Use 1 tablespoon of the blend with 250- 300  ml of boiling water.
Serving: 60-70 ml before meals, 4 times a day.

Next 7 days.
Use 1 tablespoon of the blend with 300  ml. of boiling water.
Serving: 150 ml before meals, 2 times a day.
