Ingredients: wild Saint John's - wort, wild Goldenrod, wild Sea Buckthorn leaves & berries, wild Raspberry leaves organic Rosemary leaves, organic Ginger roots, organic Orange, organic Lemon, homegrown Apples, organic Hibiscus. 

Directions:
To make the tea, put 1- 1.5 teaspoons of the blend per a cup of hot water.  Cover the cup and let the tea steep for approx 10 -15 mins, then strain before consuming. You can steep the same tea ingredients up to 2 times. To receive more health benefits, brew the tea in a thermos for 2-3 hours.
