Ingredients: Russian Ivan Chai (Wild Fermented Fireweed leaves),  wild Saint-John's wort, wild Raspberry leaves, wild Yarrow, homegrown Sea buckthorn leaves, organic Fennel seeds, organic Lavender.

Directions:
To make the tea, put 1- 1.5 teaspoons of the blend per cup of hot water.  Cover the cup and let the tea steep for approximately 10 -15 minutes, then strain before consuming. Drink the tea while it is warm. You can steep the same tea ingredients up to 2 times. To receive more health benefits, brew the tea in a thermos for 2-3 hours.
