A beautiful, nourishing herbal blend is crafted for women of all ages and stages to aid in the transitions of menstruation, fertility, postpartum and menopause. The tea helps women balance their hormones and soothe nerves naturally with herbs. Beautifully light and delicate. It can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Ingredients: Russian Ivan Chai (wild Fermented Fireweed leaves), wild Raspberry leaves, wild Red Clover,  wild Sweet Clover, wild Nettle leaves, organic  Calendula, Organic Verbena, organic Rose petals.

Directions:
To make the tea, put 1- 1.5 teaspoons of the blend per a cup of hot water.  Cover the cup and let the tea steep for approx 10 -15 mins, then strain before consuming. Drink the tea while it is warm. You can steep the same tea ingredients up to 2 times. To receive more health benefits, brew the tea in a thermos for 2-3 hours.
